Michael Parish
Professional Experience
An associate attorney with Kinney & Lange, Michael Parish focuses his practice on transactional intellectual property law, drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the United States as well as coordinating and supervising related foreign prosecution in global IP portfolios. In addition to his transactional work, Michael frequently conducts freedom-to-operate studies and advises clients on results from such studies including performing opinion of counsel analyses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and ten years of combined experience as an engineer in the aerospace and motor-generator industries.
