Professional Experience
Zach is an associate with Kinney & Lange. He primarily focuses his practice on patent law, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate studies, and drafting opinions of counsel regarding infringement, enforceability, and validity issues.
Zach received his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. During law school, Zach worked at the circulation desk of the law library and as a research assistant for Professor Holcomb helping update her online torts class materials.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of St. Thomas. While completing his degree, Zach assisted Professor Hedman-Robertson with her research on the utilization and knowledge of suicide means reduction by community religious leaders.
